降钙素基因相关肽在银屑病斑块型皮损的分泌与表达

Expression and secretion of calcitonin gene related peptide in psoriatic plaque lesions

In order to study the mechanism of the effect of stress on psoriasis and the involvement of neuropeptides in psoriatic pathogenesis, we investigated the expression and secretion of calcitonin gene related peptide(CGRP) in psoriatic plaque lesions, then identified the target cells of CGRP in psoriatic plaque lesions. Specific radioimmunoassay(RIA) was used to determine CGRP secretive content and immuno histochemistry staining with biodin avidin peroxidase compound method to observe the target cells of CGRP in psoriatic plaque lesion tissue of 32 cases of psoriasis vulgaris. The results showed that the content of CGRP in psoriatic plague lesions was higher than that of normal controls(P< 0.01).CGRP was also found on periphly and the endothelial cells of the dermal capillaries and on the surface of epidermal dendrite cells in psoriatic plaque lesions. It indicated that pathogenesis of psoriatic plaque lesions was related to the overexpression of neuropeptide CGRP, which closely contacted with the dermal microvascular endothelial cells and epidermal dendrite cells in psoriatic plaque lesion.
