摘    要:日光防护指数是评价遮光剂防止紫外线晒伤作用的一个重要指标。本实验通过人体试验方法和SPF290分析系统体外试验方法分别测试了12种遮光剂样吕的SPF值。结果显示两种方法之间有很好的相关性,用两种方法测得的SPF值间均无显著性差异。

Abstract:Sun protection factor (SPF) is an important index to assess how good sunscreens are at protecting against sunburn This study has determined SPFs of twelve sunscreens by both in vivo testing and in vitro testing by using SPF 290 analytical system The results showed there was excellent relativity (r=0 9616) and there was no significant difference (0 40< P< 0 50) between the two methods It indicated that in comparison with in vivo testing, the SPF 290 analyzer could determine SPF more rapidly, with less labor and time consuming The SPF 290 analyzer can be applied to predict accurately the outcome of in vivo testing However, in vitro testing can not completely take the place of in vivo testing
