在周期性呼吸末予物理刺激防治早产儿呼吸暂停的探讨

目的：探讨在周期性呼吸阶段末给予适宜物理刺激，对防治早产儿原发性呼吸暂停的作用。方法：对有呼吸暂停的早产儿，在该病的常规治疗下，用呼吸监护仪监测早产儿呼吸、观察组在早产儿周期性呼吸阶段末（即呼吸停止１０ｓ）仍未出现呼吸时给予弹足底刺激，对照组则当早产儿出现呼吸暂停时给予弹足底刺激。结果：观察组每天呼吸暂停次数、反复呼吸暂停持续天数、需使用ＣＰＡＰ、ＩＰＰＶ例数、住院天数均比对照组少，Ｐ〈０．０５，

Prevention of Respiration Stop of Preterm Infant by Physical Stimulation at the End of Respiratory Cycle

Objective:To investigate the effect of physical stimulation on the preterm infant's respiration stop at the end of respiratory cycle.Methods:All preterm infants were given normal treatment and detected by respiratory monitor.In investigation group,the preterm infants were given heel stimulation at the end of respiratory cycle.In the controlgroup,preterm infants were given heel stimulation only when respiration stop was found.Results:The times and days of respiration stop were shorten and the cases of CPAP,IPPV were significantly decreased in investigation group as compared to that of control group( P <0.05).Conclusion:The suitable physical stimulation at the end of respiratory cycle is effective on prevention of primary respiration stop of preterm infants.
