| 摘 要： | 目的探讨姑息性全胃切除术治疗Ⅳ期胃癌的可行性及临床价值。方法回顾性分析1998年10月～2008年10月36例行姑息性全胃切除术的Ⅳ期胃癌病例，与同期非手术切除的49例进行比较，并对术式的合理性进行评价。结果姑息性全胃切除组0．5、1、2年生存率为80％、54．28％、22．85％；非手术切除组0．5、1、2年生存率为52．08％、14．58％、4．16％（P〈0．01）。两组各手术死亡1例。两组手术并发症发生率分别为14．28％、12．50％（P〉0．05）。结论采用姑息性全胃切除术治疗Ⅳ期胃癌具有改善顸后及提高生活质量的优点。

| Abstract: | Objective To approach the feasibility and clinical value of palliative total gastretomy treatment for stage IV gastric cancer.Methods The clinical data of 36 cases of palliative total gastrictomy with stage IV gastric cancer were retrospectively analyzed.Results The 1/2,1 and 2-year postoperative survival rate was 80%,54.28% and 22.85% in palliative total gastretomy,and 52.08%,14.58% and 4.16% in non-excision operation(P<0.01).The incidence of postoperative complications in the two groups was 14.28% and 12.... |
