摘    要:目的研究气候变化对老年人群生理指标的影响。方法选择30对老年夫妻,其中高血压患者男性16人,女性14人,于2006年1月—2007年1月进行为期1年的血压、脉搏、体温和体重跟踪监测。气象资料来自国家气象中心,主要指标为日平均气温、日最高气温、日最低气温、日平均气压、日平均风速和日最大风速。结果1年中,非高血压组体重出现低谷的月份为2月,高血压组为9月。两组体温最低出现在2、3月。非高血压组脉搏出现低谷的月份为3、4月,高血压组为9月。两组血压的(收缩压和舒张压)年变化曲线均呈"V"分布,1年中低谷均出现在夏季(7、8、9月),高峰均出现在冬季(12、1、2月),冬季血压均高于夏季(P<0.05)。收缩压、舒张压和日平均气温的相关系数分别为-0.535(P<0.01)和-0.302(P<0.01)。结论人体生理指标存在季节变化和年变化规律,高血压组人群血压随季节变化更为明显。

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of climate change on physiological indexes of elderly people.Methods From January,2006 to January,2007,30 elderly couples were selected and blood pressure,pulse,body weight were investigated.The weather data was collected.Results The lowest value of body weight appeared in February in normotensive subjects,in September in hypertension subjects.The lowest value of body temperature in two groups appeared in February and March.The lowest value of pulse appeared in March and April in normotensive subjects,in September in hypertension subjects.The curve of blood pressure change(SBP and DBP) presented"V"in two groups.The lowest value appeared in summer(July-September).The highest value appeared in winter(December-February).The blood pressure in winter was higher than that in summer(P<0.05).The mean value of seasonal decrease(winter to summer) was 9.1(SBP) and 4.9 mm Hg(DBP) in hypertension subjects,5.4(SBP) and 3.0 mm Hg(DBP) in normotensive subjects.The correlation coefficient between SBP,DBP and average weather temperature was -0.535 (P<0.01) and -0.302(P<0.01) respectively.Conclusion The physiological indexes change nile is obvious with season going on. The seasonal change of BP in hypertension subjects is more obvious.
