| 摘 要： | 结直肠癌是常见的消化道恶性肿瘤,目前治疗以外科手术为主,辅以放、化疗,术后5年生存率在50%左右。肿瘤基因治疗发展迅速,作为一种新的辅助治疗手段有重要意义。结直肠癌中研究比较多的是免疫基因治疗、自杀基因治疗、抑癌基因的应用等。基因疗法可以有效地杀伤肿瘤细胞,联合传统治疗方法可延长结直肠癌患者的生存时间,提高生活质量。

| Abstract: | Cotorectal cancer is a kind of malignant tumor of digestive canal with high incidence rate. The main treatment is surgery, combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy. The survival rate is about 50% after surgery. Gene therapy is a useful adjunctive therapy,including immunogenic therapy,＂ suicide＂ gene therapy, application of anti-oncogeue, and so on. It is efficient to kill tumor cell. When combined with traditional treatment, it can prolong live time of patients and improve life quality. |
