| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨p73蛋白在肝细胞性肝癌中的表达及其临床病理意义。方法 采用免疫组 织化学SABC法检测p73蛋白在肝癌和癌旁组织中的表达水平,并分析其与肝癌临床病理特征的关 系。结果 38例肝癌组织中有22例p73蛋白呈阳性表达,阳性表达率为57.9%,而癌旁组织无1例 呈阳性表达,低分化、有转移的肝癌组织中p73蛋白水平明显高于高分化、无转移的肝癌组织。结论 p73蛋白在肝癌组织中表达上调,可能在肝癌的发生、发展过程中起着重要的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the expression and clinical significance of p73 protein in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC).Methods SABC mmunohistochemical technique was used to detect the expression of p73 protein in 38 cases of HCC and normal tissues.Results The positive expression of p73 protein in HCC (22/38, 57.9 % ) was significantly higher than that in normal tissues (0/38, 0). The expression of p73 protein was related to the differentiation degree and transactivation of HCC.Conclusion The p73 protein expression was up-regulated in HCC, which may be an important step in tumorigenesis and progression of HCC. |
