| 摘 要： | 目的总结分析50例创伤性脑室内出血的临床特点，以提高其临床救治水平。方法回顾性分析我科近15年收治的50例创伤性脑室内出血的临床资料。结果50例创伤性脑室内出血具有以下临床特点：致伤原因主要为交通事故伤，病人多有脑膜刺激征表现及发热，所有病人CT表现为脑室内出血，18例合并原发性脑干损伤。结论早期诊治能降低创伤性脑室内出血病人的病残率和死亡率。

| Abstract: | Objective To study clinical features of traumatic intraventricular hemorrhage in 50 cases,to improve its treatment.Methods The clinical data of 50 patients treated in our department in the past 15 years were analysed respectively .Results Most causes were traffic accidents.Meningeal irritation and fever were found in most cases.All cases were diagnosed as intraventricular hemorrhage according to CT scan.The primary brain injury were found in 18 cases according to CT scan.Conclusion Early diaglosis and treatment can reduce the morbidity and mortality. |
