国产三件套可膨胀阴茎假体植入术治疗截瘫患者勃起功能障碍

目的评估国产三件套可膨胀阴茎假体植入术对截瘫患者勃起功能障碍（ED）手术方法和疗效。方法对12例患者经阴茎阴囊交界处切口植入国产三件套可膨胀阴茎假体。结果ll对夫妻性生活满意，无不适。IIEF-5评分术前5～11分，术后23～25分。2例出现机械故障为泵失灵，感染1例，取除假体。结论国产三件套可膨胀阴茎假体治疗非手术疗法无效的截瘫ED患者，隐匿性好，康复效果确切，且价格低。

Implantation of domestic three-piece inflatable penile prosthesis for erectile dysfunction of traumatic paraplegia

Objective] To evaluate the operation and the effect of domestic three-piece inflatable penile prosthesis on erectile dysfunction (ED)of traumatic paraplegia.Methods] Domestic three-piece inflatable penile prosthesis were implanted through an incision at the border of penis and scrotum on 12 patients.Results] of twelve cases,sexual life was satisfactory in eleven couples.IIEF-5 score increased from 5~11 preoperative to 23~25 postoperative.The mechanical malfunction were pump failure(2 cases).One case was infected,and so the prosthesis was removed.Conclusions] Treatment of paraplegic patient with ED refractory to nonoperative treatment by implantation of domestic three-piece inflatable penile prosthesis has good concealment and rehabilitative effect,and is well accepted by ED patients.
