| 摘 要： | 稀有血型血液保障是突发事件血液应急保障的重要组成部分。其保障应包括库存血液保障和献血者队伍保障2部分。其保障思路是：提高库存水平、增强补库能力、预约应急献血队伍、加强区域合作、联手非政府网站、推进科学合理用血以及相容性输血等。

| Abstract: | The supply of rare blood is an important part of guarantee system of blood supply in emergency events. The guarantee system includes two parts： bank of rare blood and its donor panel. The strategies of guarantee blood supply are increasing the stock of rare blood, enhancing the ability of recruiting donors, establishing an appointment blood donor panel, cooperating with non-government organization or websites, improving the rational usage of blood and blood compatibility transfusion. |
