| 摘 要： | 目的探讨应用直丝弓技术矫治安氏Ⅱ类2分类错牙合的临床效果。方法临床应用直丝弓矫治技术,通过术前术后X线头影测量分析,对26例患者,男9例,女17例,进行对比研究。结果两组的U1-SN明显增加;青少年组SNB增加了(4.1±0.5)°,而成年组SNB没有变化。结论治疗安氏Ⅱ类2分类错牙合能刺激生长发育期患者的下颌生长。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the clinical effect of malocclsion of 2 degree in An's II with straight wire arch correction.Methods 26 cases of such patient(male 9 and female 17) were performed this method and compared with cephalometric analysis before and after operation.Results The U1-SN in both groups had increased obviously.The SNB in young group increased 4.1±0.5° and no change in adult group.Conclusion The treatment of this method might stimulate the lower jaw growth during adolescence. |
