《内经》教学中加强医学人文精神重塑的思考

有鉴于当前医学生虽然技术水平相对有了提高,但他们的人道主义精神,对病人的同情心、对生命的关爱却相对淡薄了,故多层次、全方位的对学生实行医学人文精神教育是十分迫切的。且对中医药大学的学生来说,《黄帝内经》蕴含丰富的医学人文精神内容,因而尝试在《内经选读》教学中加强医学人文精神的教育。实施的原则为理论联系实际,即与本课程具体的培养目标相结合,不占用大量的时间。如在教学中渗透传统文化如儒家的"仁爱"舍生取义的精神等;对《内经》中医学人文精神的具体体现予以例举;并结合当前实际医疗情况,阐扬了高尚的人文品格。对学生起到了很好的引导作用。
