| 摘 要： | 介绍了应用显微外科技术治疗周围神经损伤92例，神经120例，随访58例，计74条，评定治疗结果；优74.6%，良9.5%，可10.8%，有效率达94.6%。并重点叙述了手术方法，讨论了显微外科技术在本病治疗上的优点。

| Abstract: | The treatment of ninety two cases of peripheral nerve injury including 120 nerves by microsurgery has been reported in this article.58 cases including 74 nerves have been followed-up. The assessment of treatment shows that 74.6% are excellent, 9.5% good and 10.8% fair. The effective rate reaches 94.6%. The procedure of operation is emphasized and the advantages of microsurgery in the treatment of this problem is discussed. |
