蜂胶及蜂胶奥硝唑合剂体外抑制牙龈卟啉单胞菌生长的实验研究

摘    要:目的 研究蜂胶及蜂胶奥硝唑合剂对牙龈卟啉单胞茵生长的影响.方法 采用液体稀释法测定蜂胶对牙龈卟啉单胞茵的最小杀茵浓度(MBC);采用纸片扩散法观察蜂胶对奥硝唑体外抑制牙龈卟啉单胞茵生长的影响,并对结果进行统计学分析.结果 蜂胶对牙龈卟啉单胞茵的MBC为0.156%.相当于O.125mg/L~0.25mg/L的奥硝唑.单独蜂胶荮敏片对牙龈卟啉单胞茵的抑茵效果不理想,但蜂胶和奥硝唑联合应用后,10%蜂胶组的抑茵环大小均大于对应浓度的单独奥硝唑组,5%与2.5%蜂胶组在奥硝唑低浓度时的抑茵环大小也大于对应浓度的单独奥硝唑组.随着蜂胶浓度的增加,抑茵环增大.析因分析结果表明.蜂胶与奥硝唑对牙龈卟啉单胞茵的生长抑制作用存在交互作用(P<0.001).结论 蜂胶对牙龈卟啉单胞茵的生长有较好的抑制作用,并能够增强奥硝唑的体外抗茵活性;蜂胶作为天然抗生素,在牙周病治疗领域,具有较高的深入研究价值.

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of propolis and composition of propolis and ornidazole on growth of Porphyromonas gingival (Pg).Methods Minimal bactericidal concentration (MBC) of propolis for Pg was determined by the fluid dilution method. Effect of propolis on inhibiting effect of ornidazole for Pg growth was detected by the slip diffusion method, and the results were analyzed statistically.Results MBC value of propolis to Pg was 0.156%,and MBC value of ornidazole to Pg was ranged from 0.125mg/L to 0.25mg/L. The bacteriostasis effect of propolis on Pg growth by the slip diffusion method seemed to be not ideal. After ornidazole combined with propolis, the inhibiting zones of composition groups with 10% propolis were all larger than those of ornidazole groups, when the two groups with the same concentration of ornidazole were compared. The results also showed that composition groups of 5% or 2.5% propolis combined with low concentration of ornidazole were superior. The inhibiting zones became larger with increasing of propolis concentration. Then the statistical results indicated that there was interaction between propolis and ornidazole(P<0.001).Conclusion Propolis has the good inhibiting effect on Pg growth and it enhanced the inhibiting effect of ornidazole for Pg growth. As a natural antibiotic, propolis has a value of being further studied in therapy of periodontal diseases.
