小柴胡合麻杏石甘汤治疗小儿肺炎支原体感染后咳嗽临床观察

目的分析小儿肺炎支原体感染后咳嗽患儿接受小柴胡合麻杏石甘汤治疗的效果。方法选择2017年1月—2020年1月3收治的80例小儿肺炎支原体感染后咳嗽患儿,并按其入院日的奇偶数,分为观察组(40例,采用在常规西医治疗方式上加上小柴胡合麻杏石甘汤治疗)和对照组(40例,采用常规西医的治疗方式)。结果与对照组相对比,观察组患儿治疗后的咳嗽症状评分更低,不良反应发生率更低,治疗效果更优,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对小儿肺炎支原体感染后咳嗽患儿实施小柴胡合麻杏石甘汤治疗,能有效缓解患儿咳嗽症状,帮助患儿消除肺部的炎症,使患儿能恢复正常的呼吸状态。

Research on the Effect of Xiaochaihu Maxing Shigan Decoction in the Treatment of Cough after Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Infection in Children

Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of Xiaochaihu Maxing Shigan decoction in the treatment of cough after mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children.Methods From January 2017 to January 2020,80 cases of cough after mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children patients were selected as the research objects.According to the odd number of their admission days,they were divided into observation group(40 cases,treated with the conventional western medicine and Xiaochaihu Maxing Shigan decoction)and control group(40 cases,treated with the conventional western medicine).Results Compared with the control group,the score of cough symptoms after treatment in the observation group was lower,the incidence of adverse reactions was lower,and the therapeutic effect was better.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiaochaihu Maxing Shigan decoction in the treatment of cough after mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children can effectively relieve the cough symptoms of the children,help the children to eliminate the inflammation of the lungs,so that the children can return to normal breathing state.
