舒肝理气法治疗肝气犯胃型胃溃疡临床研究

目的探讨舒肝理气法治疗肝气犯胃型胃溃疡的效果。方法选取2019年4月—2020年4月在沈阳市骨科医院承基医院的80例肝气犯胃型胃溃疡患者,随机分组,对照组40例给予临床传统常规药物干预治疗;试验组40例在对照组的基础上采取舒肝理气法治疗,比较2组患者治疗后的中医症候评分情况,主要包括胃院疼痛、嗳气泛酸、腹胀痞满、纳呆食少、大便稀塘、体倦乏力、恶心呕吐。结果试验组患者治疗后中医证候评分好于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取舒肝理气法治疗肝气犯胃型胃溃疡患者,可以有效改善肝气犯胃型胃溃疡患者临床症状,值得推广。

Study on the Significance of Soothing Liver and Regulating Qi Method in the Treatment of Gastric Ulcer with Liver Qi Invading Stomach

Objective To study the significance of soothing liver and regulating qi method in the treatment of gastric ulcer caused by liver qi invading stomach.Methods From April 2019 to April 2020,80 patients with gastric ulcer caused by liver qi invading stomach in Chengji Hospital of Shenyang Orthopedics Hospital were selected.According to different groups of treatment methods,40 patients in the control group were treated with traditional medicine intervention.On the basis of the control group,40 patients in the experimental group were treated with soothing liver and regulating qi method.The scores of TCM symptoms in the two groups were compared after treatment,mainly including pain in the hospital of the stomach,pantothenic acid in the heating system,abdominal distension and swelling,little appetite,weak stool pool,fatigue and fatigue,nausea and vomiting.Results The score of TCM syndrome in the experimental group was better than that in the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with gastric ulcer caused by liver qi invading stomach,soothing liver and regulating qi method can effectively improve the clinical situation,and is worthy of promotion.
