耳穴压豆结合中医情志护理在老年心悸患者中的应用效果

目的探讨耳穴压豆结合中医情志护理对老年心悸患者的意义。方法选取2019年2月—2020年4月在大连市中医医院内一科的80例老年心悸患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组40例给予临床传统的方法治疗;试验组40例在传统治疗的基础上给予耳穴压豆结合情志护理,比较2组患者治疗后的中医证候评分。结果试验组患者胸闷、胸痛、心悸、气短、自汗、神疲乏力、畏寒中医证候评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年心悸患者来说,耳穴压豆结合情志护理对其的临床疗效显著,可以降低患者心悸临床症状,值得推广。

Study on the Significance of Auricular Acupoint Pressing and Emotional Nursing in Elderly Patients with Palpitation

Objective To study the significance of auricular acupoint pressing and emotional nursing in elderly patients with palpitation.Methods From February 2019 to April 2020,80 cases of elderly patients with palpitations in department of internal medicine of Dalian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.In the control group,40 patients were treated by traditional clinical methods.In the experimental group,40 patients were given auricular acupoint pressing combined with emotion nursing treatment on the basis of traditional therapy.TCM syndrome scores of patients in the two groups were compared after treatment.Results The scores of chest distress,chest pain,palpitation,shortness of breath,spontaneous sweating,mental fatigue and chills in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For the elderly patients with heart palpitations,the clinical effect of auricular acupoint pressing combined with emotional nursing is significant,which can reduce the clinical symptoms of heart palpitations,and is worth promoting.
