温阳利水方治疗脾肾阳虚型肾病综合征临床观察

目的探讨温阳利水方治疗脾肾阳虚型肾病综合征的临床效果。方法选取2019年1月—2020年3月在沈阳市骨科医院承基医院的90例脾肾阳虚型肾病综合征患者,按照信封法随机分组,对照组45例患者采用临床传统常规西医方法治疗;试验组45例在对照组基础上采取温阳利水方治疗,比较2组患者治疗后24 h尿蛋白、肌酐、尿素氮的情况。结果试验组患者治疗后的24 h尿蛋白、肌酐、尿素氮的情况好于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对脾肾阳虚型肾病综合征患者来说,温阳利水方可以有效地改善患者的肾功能和24 h蛋白尿,改善临床症状,值得推广。

Analysis on the Clinical Significance of Warming Yang for Diuresis Recipe on Nephrotic Syndrome of Yang Deficiency of Spleen and Kidney

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of warming yang for diuresis recipe on nephrotic syndrome of yang deficiency of spleen and kidney.Methods 90 patients with warming yang for diuresis recipe on nephrotic syndrome of yang deficiency of spleen and kidney in Chengji Hospital of Shenyang Orthopedics Hospital from January 2019 to March 2020 were randomly assigned according to the envelope method.45 patients in the control group were treated with traditional western medicine.The 45 patients in the experimental group were treated with warming yang for diuresis recipe on the basis of the control group.The conditions of urinary protein,creatinine and urea nitrogen in the two groups were compared 24 hours after treatment.Results The urinary protein,creatinine and urea nitrogen in the experimental group were better than those in the control group at 24 h after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with nephrotic syndrome of yang deficiency of spleen and kidney,warming yang for diuresis recipe can effectively improve the renal function and 24-hour proteinuria of the patients,and improve the clinical symptoms,which is worthy of promotion.
