中药熏蒸治疗产后会阴切口水肿临床观察

目的观察和探讨产后会阴切口水肿经中药熏蒸治疗的临床价值。方法选择2018年1月—2019年12月收治的自然分娩后会阴切口水肿的64例患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组32例。对照组给予硫酸镁湿敷治疗,观察组患者给予中药熏蒸治疗。观察对比2组患者的水肿消退情况、切口愈合率、治疗时间和治疗费用。结果产后1周,对2组患者的水肿消退情况进行随访。观察组在24 h内和24~48 h时间段切口部位水肿消退的人数均显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的切口愈合率为96.88%,显著优于对照组患者的87.50%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的治疗时间和治疗费用均显著低于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论产后会阴切口水肿经中药熏蒸治疗的疗效确切,水肿消退显著,切口愈合率高、恢复快、治疗费用低,值得临床推广应用。

The Clinical Value of Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation in the Treatment of Postpartum Perineal Saliva Edema

Objective To observe and discuss the clinical value of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation in the treatment of postpartum perineum incision edema.Methods 64 patients with edema of perineum incision after natural delivery who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into two groups by randomly numbers:observation group and control group,with 32 patients in each group.The control group was treated with wet application of magnesium sulfate.The patients in the observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation.Observation and comparison of the two groups of patients with edema regression,incision healing rate,treatment time and treatment costs was carried out.Results One week after delivery,the two groups were followed up.In the observation group,the number of edema subsided within 24 hours and between 24 hours and 48 hours was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The wound healing rate of the observation group was 96.88%,which was significantly better than that of the control group(87.50%)(P<0.05).The time and cost of treatment in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of fumigation of traditional Chinese medicine on postpartum perineum incision edema is definite.The edema subsides significantly,the wound healing rate is high,the recovery is fast,and the treatment cost is low,which is worthy of clinical application.
