Effect of Warming Yang and Eliminating Turbid Pathogen for Dredging Channels Recipe in the Treatment of Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver on Oxidative Stress and Effects of Adiponectin and Leptin

Objective To explore the effect warming yang and eliminating turbid pathogen for dredging channels recipe on oxidative stress,adiponectin and leptin in non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,and to provide evidence for clinical practice.Methods A total of 84 patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease treated in our hospital from June 2018 to November 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,and 42 patients in each group were given basic treatment.In the observation group,warming yang and eliminating turbid pathogen for dredging channels recipe was given in addition to basic treatment,and the treatment course was 2 months.The serum levels of MDA,superoxide dismutase(SOD),p-oxy phosphase(PON1),ADPN and LP in the two groups were measured before and after treatment.Results The levels of MDA,ALT,AST and LP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the levels of SOD,PON1 and ADPN in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver with warming yang and eliminating turbid pathogen for dredging channels recipe can significantly improve the condition,reduce serum LP level,increase ADPN level,and improve liver oxidative stress injury,which is worthy of promotion.
