| 摘 要： | 不少老年人食用中药保健物品来养生保健,我国保健品市场规模逐渐壮大。国家公布的可用于保健物品的名单共有213种,但这些物品并不是所有都适合老人食用,老人要根据自身体质选择保健物品,做到"精准保健",我们对适合阳虚体质老年人的保健物品进行了分析研究,在213种中药保健物品中,性温热、有化瘀通络、健脾益气和利水消肿功效的102种适合阳虚体质老年人食用,另有16种在一定条件下可以选择性食用。

| Abstract: | Many elderly people eat health care products to maintain their health,and the scale of China’s health care products market is gradually expanding.There are 213 kinds of health-care articles published by the state,but not all of these articles are suitable for the elderly.The elderly should choose health-care articles according to their physical fitness to achieve "precision health care".The article has been analyzed and studied.Among the 213 health care products,102 kinds of warming,stasis and collaterals,spleen and qi,and diuresis are suitable for elderly people with yang deficiency physical constitution,and 16 kinds of articles are in certain can be eaten selectively under conditions. |
