荜铃胃痛颗粒辅助治疗慢性胃炎临床观察

目的评价慢性胃炎用荜铃胃痛颗粒辅助治疗的临床价值。方法抽取2019年1月—2019年12月收治的100例慢性胃炎患者作为研究对象,以不同的治疗措施作为分组依据,将其分为对照组、试验组,每组50例。对照组用常规疗法治疗,基于此,试验组加用荜铃胃痛颗粒辅助治疗,对比胃镜检查恢复正常时间及胃脘灼痛消失时间、临床症状评分、治疗总有效率、生活质量评分。结果胃镜检查恢复正常时间及胃脘灼痛消失时间与对照组相比,试验组较短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);临床症状评分与对照组相比,试验组较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗总有效率、生活质量评分与对照组相比,试验组较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在慢性胃炎临床治疗中,采用荜铃胃痛颗粒辅助治疗,既可改善临床症状、缩短症状消失时间,又可提高临床疗效,值得推广。

Analysis on the Clinical Value of Biling Weitong Granule in the Adjuvant Treatment of Chronic Gastritis

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of Biling Weitong granule in the adjuvant treatment of chronic gastritis.Methods 100 patients with chronic gastritis admitted in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects,and different treatment measures were used as a grouping basis.They were divided into control group and experimental group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy.Based on this,the experimental group was supplemented with Biling Weitong granule for adjuvant treatment.The time to return to normal after gastroscopy and the time of disappearance of gastric burn,clinical symptom score,total treatment efficiency,quality of life score was compared.Results Compared with the control group,the time for gastroscopy to return to normal and the disappearance time of gastrointestinal burning pain was shorter in the experimental group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical symptom score was lower in the experimental group compared with the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the total treatment efficiency and quality of life score were higher in the experimental group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of chronic gastritis,the adjuvant treatment of Biling Weitong granule can not only improve the clinical symptoms,shorten the clinical disappearance time,but also improve the clinical efficacy,which is worthy of promotion.
