Observation on the Clinical Effect of Qiangxin Decoction in the Treatment of Chronic Heart Failure of Coronary Heart Disease with Water Overflowing Due to Yang Deficiency

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Qiangxin decoction in the treatment of chronic heart failure of coronary heart disease with water overflowing due to yang deficiency.Methods The clinical data of 98 patients with chronic heart failure of coronary heart disease with water overflowing due to yang deficiency were analyzed retrospectively.According to the treatment,they were divided into two groups.The patients in the routine group(n=49) were treated with Isosorbide Mononitrate.The experimental group(n=49) was treated with Qiangxin decoction and Isosorbide Mononitrate.The clinical effect of the two groups was observed.Results The clinical effect of the two groups was obvious.The total effective rate of the experimental group(93.88%) was significantly higher than that of the conventional group(77.55%)(P<0.05).The level of plasma myocardial fibrosis index and neuroendocrine factor in the experimental group was higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Qiangxin decoction combined with Isosorbide Mononitrate can improve the clinical symptoms and the therapeutic effect of patients with chronic heart failure.
