| 摘 要： | 目的探讨长期住院精神分裂症患者社会功能缺陷的相关因素。方法用住院精神病人社会功能评定量表（SSPI），对136例长期住院的精神分裂症患者进行评定。结果社会功能缺陷程度与患者的精神症状、住院时间、家庭结构有关。结论积极治疗患者的精神症状．缩短住院时间．增加假出院次数及时间．积极调动社会和家庭的关心，对减轻病人社会功能缺陷，提高其社会功能具有重要意义。
