摘    要:全方位审视总结我部近十年开展课堂教学督导工作的做法和实践经验,对督导的基本准则、内涵要素、方法技艺、评价标准等,提出了理性思考。以期建立科学化督导、人性化管理的长效机制,达到提高课堂教学质量水平的目的。

Abstract:On the basis of overall reviewing and evaluating the practice of teaching supervision in our university within recent ten years,this paper formulates the system of scientific teaching supervision and humanizing administration from the aspects of basic principles,key elements,supervision measures and evaluating criteria for the purpose of improving the quality of classroom teaching.
