| 摘 要： | 目的：了解3种前列腺素在不同生育男性精浆中的变化。方法：用放免法检测130例不同生育状态（正常生育对照组，不育组，少精组及无精组）精浆中PGE2和PGF1α的含量，其中66例还测定了精浆PGF2α含量，结果：少精组精浆PGE2浓度高于正常组，少精组的PGF2α浓度略高于不育组，其差异无统计学意义，不育组精浆PGF2α浓度低于正常组，无精组精浆PGE2，PGF1α和PGF2α浓度均低于生育组。结论：精浆中前列腺素PGE2，PGF2α的含量与男性生殖力有明显关系。
