Influence of whole-course follow-up nursing on adverse complications and family satisfaction of pediatric hemodialysis patients

Objective: To explore and study the effect of whole-course follow-up nursing on adverse complications and family satisfaction of pediatric hemodialysis patients. Methods: A total of 100 children who came to our hospital for hemodialysis from October 2017 to January 2022 were selected as the research subjects, and randomly divided into the routine group and the experimental group with 50 cases each. The routine group was intervened by routine hemodialysis nursing, and the experimental group was intervened by the whole-course follow-up nursing. The adverse reactions occurred during the dialysis hospitalization and the satisfaction of the family members were compared between the two groups.Results: The occurrence situation was lower than that in the routine group (P<0.05); the satisfaction degree of the family members of the patients in the experimental group was higher than that in the routine group (P<0.05); the improvement of coagulation function indexes of the patients in the experimental group was higher than that in the routine group (P<0.05); the effect of the experimental group was analyzed. higher than the conventional group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The whole-course follow-up nursing for pediatric hemodialysis patients has a good nursing effect, which can reduce the complications of children during the hemodialysis process, improve the coagulation indexes of children, improve the family"s satisfaction with the nursing staff, and improve their nursing satisfaction. The effect of hemodialysis has a good clinical reference.
