| 摘 要： | 目的；观察ＩＬ－２基因修饰对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞免疫效应功能的影响。方法：通过重组腺病毒介导，在体外将ＩＬ－２基因转染至小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞，检测ＩＬ－２基因修饰的巨噬细胞ＴＮＦ，ＩＬ－１和ＮＯ分泌水平及其杀伤活性。结果：ＩＬ－２基因修饰的巨噬细胞ＴＮＦ，ＩＬ－１和ＮＯ分泌水平显著提高，对巨噬细胞敏感株Ｌ１２１０细胞以及Ｒｅｎｃａ细胞的杀伤活性增强。结论：ＩＬ－２基因居噬细胞的细胞毒效应。本研究为ＩＬ－２

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the effects of macrophages transfected with IL 2 gene. Methods: IL 2 gene was transfected into murine peritoneal macrophages by adenovirus. Levels of TNF, IL 1 and NO in the supernatant of macrophages as well as cytotoxicity of macrophages to target cells L1210 and Renca cells were assayed. Results: The productions of TNF,IL 1 and NO in the supernatant of IL 2 gene modified macrophages increased, cytotoxicity of the macrophages to L1210 cells and Renca cells also increased significantly. Conclusion: Transfection of IL 2 gene to macrophages can enhance their cytotoxicity, thus provide experimental basis for immunotherapy of tumor with IL 2 gene modified macrophages. |
