硬膜外腔预注芬太尼对利多卡因血浆药物浓度的影响

摘    要:目的 探讨在硬膜外麻醉中预注芬太尼是否会对利多卡因的血药浓度产生影响。方法 20例ASAI-Ⅱ级患者,在连续硬膜外麻醉下行择期手术,随机分为三组,AF组为硬膜外腔预注芬太尼组,PE组为切皮后应用芬太尼组,NE组为生理盐水空白对照组。2%利多卡因硬膜外腔麻醉。高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测血浆利多卡因浓度。结果 利多卡因浓度三组间比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论 芬太尼超前应用对利多卡因的血浆药物浓度并无影响。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the influence of epidural anesthesia preinjected by fentanyl on plasma concentration of li-docaine. Methods Twenty ASA I ~ II grade patients were randomly divided into three groups. Group AF received fentanyl before surgical incision, followed by normal saline 5ml per 25min after incision. Group PF received epidural normal saline 5ml before surgical incision, followed by epidural fentanyl per 25min after incision. Group NF, as a control, received normal saline before and after surgical incision. Basic anaesthetics in the three groups was exactly the same. The plasma concentration of lidocaine was measured by high perfomance liquid chrornatography( HPLE) . Results Plasma concentrations of lidocaine a-mong the three groups showed no statistical differences( P > 0. 05 ) Conclusion Epidural anesthesia preinjected by fentanyl isn't associated with the plasma concentration of lidocaine.
