摘    要:目的 研究视黄酸(RA)对心肌细胞Tbx1基因表达的影响.方法 分离培养乳鼠心肌细胞,经不同浓度的RA处理后,采用RT-PCR和Western blot方法分别检测乳鼠心肌细胞Tbx1基因在mRNA和蛋白水平表达的变化.结果 Tbx1基因在乳鼠心肌细胞有少量基础的表达,在予以RA刺激后,1×10-7mol/L RA使细胞内Tbx1基冈mRNA和蛋白含量表达分别增加1.51倍和1.10倍(P均<0.05),1×10-6 mol/L RA使细胞内Tbx1基因mRNA和蛋白含量表达分别增加2.21倍和2.38倍(P均<0.05).结论 RA可以上调乳鼠心肌细胞Tbx1的表达,且此作用呈剂量依赖效应.
