数字化色谱指纹谱技术在双黄连制剂质量及药材鉴定中的应用

摘    要:目的:建立双黄链制剂和药材的数字化色谱指纹谱以用于制剂质量分析和药材鉴定。方法:采用RPHPLC梯度洗脱技术进行HPLC分离分析,建立双黄连制剂和药材的数字化色谱指纹谱。色谱柱:Inertsil ODS柱;流动相:乙腈-1%乙酸水溶液作梯度洗脱;流速:1mL/min;检测波长:280nm。结果:在选定的色谱条件下,建立了药材和制剂的数字化色谱-指纹谱HPLC-DFPS(HPLC-Digitized Finger Print Spectrum),提供了稳定可控的制剂指纹谱图,以及通过与空白样品比较探求了制剂中用以鉴定各药材的特征峰群。结论:利用数字化色谱指纹谱技术分析双黄连制剂的质量和鉴定中药材是切实可行的。

Abstract:Object<\b> To establish HPLC Digitized fingerprint spectrum (HPLC DFPS) of SHUANGHUANGLIAN PREPARATION and relative medicinal herbs so that it will be applied in identification of medicinal materials and quality control of the PREPARATION.Methods<\b> A gradient separated method was applied Column: Inertsil ODS Mobile phase: acetonitrile water (1% acetic acid) Detection wavelength: 280 nm Results<\b> Using above optimum chromatography conditions, the HPLC DFPS of relative medicinal materials and SHUANGHUANGLIAN PREPARATION was established Conclusion<\b> Comparison of a group of characteristic peaks suggested that the HPLC DFPS can be used for identification of relative medicinal materials and quality control of SHUANGHUANGLIAN PREPARATION.
