| 摘 要： | 对37例原发性高血压患者口服硝苯地平(硝苯毗啶)(最大剂量30mg/日)前后葡萄糖耐量和血脂变化进行了一个月临床观察。结果表明,硝苯地平对原发性高血压患者葡萄糖耐量无不利影响,能显著降低血清甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)和升高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C、HDL_2-C)及HDL-C/TC。

| Abstract: | Oral glucose tolerance test was performed in 37 cases of essential hypertension by WHO criteria. Fasting serum lipids and lipoproteins were determined according to the results of oral glucose tolerance. The patients were divided into two groups in which one was of normal and the other of abnormal glucose tolerance test. Nifedipine was administered for one month and all the parameters were determined again. The largest dosage of nifedipine was 30 mg/day. The results showed no unfavorable influence of nifedipine on glucose tolerance. TG and TC were decreased while HDL-C HDL_2-C and HDL-C/TC were increased significantly. Nifedipine might be a better medicine for the treatment of essential hypertension and prevention of vascular complications of the heart and brain. |
