宁夏1991—2007年性传播疾病流行特点分析

目的分析1991—2007年性传播疾病(STD)的流行趋势与流行特点,为制定有效预防控制策略提供科学依据。方法对宁夏17年8种法定报告STD资料进行统计分析。结果(1)17年间8种性病均有报告,累计报告38662例,平均发病率为42.01/10万;(2)性病发病率由1991年的6.59/10万上升至2007年的55.50/10万;(3)病种构成以淋病为主而近几年尖锐湿疣、非淋菌性尿道炎和梅毒构成比逐年上升;(4)男性大于女性;(5)年龄以30岁~为最多,占总报告数的44.60%。结论性病报告数逐年增加,性病范围扩大,应加强各类人群性病监测及防治知识的宣传教育、提倡安全性行为、减少婚外性行为的发生。

Epidemic Characteristics of the Sexually Transmitted Diseases from 1991 to 2007 in Ningxia

Objective To analyze the epidemic trend and features of the sexually transmitted diseases from 1991 to 2007 and to provid scientific basis for effective prevention and control strategy against STD.Methods The 8 statutory report STD surveillance data during the past 17 years in Ningxia were analyzed.Results (1)38662 cases of 8 STDs were reported during the past 17 years and the average incidence rate was 42.01 / 100,000.(2)The incidence rate(the number of cases / total population) increased from 6.59 / 100,000 in 1991 to 55.50 / 100,000 in 2007.(3)The diseases were mainly consisted of gonorrhea.Condyloma,non-gonococcal urethritis and syphilis increased year by year.(4) Male patients who caught the diseases were significantly more than female patients.(5)People who caught the diseases were mainly young adults above 30 years old,which account for 44.60% of the total STDs.Conclusion The incidence of sexually transmitted diseases increases with year.it is suggested to give more concern for various groups.The health education of sexually transmitted diseases knowledge should also be emphasized to promote safe sex and reduce the incidence of extramarital sex.
