罗格列酮联合二甲双胍对2型糖尿病肾病危险因素的影响

目的探讨罗格列酮和二甲双胍联用对2型糖尿病肾病危险因素的干预效果。方法选取2007年11月~2009年9月本院收治2型糖尿病患者96例,采用罗格列酮联合二甲双胍治疗,进行为期12周的用药观察。结果治疗12周后,96例糖尿病患者FPG、2h PG及HbA1c均明显下降（P〈0.01）,FINS及IR也均较治疗前明显降低（P〈0.01）;治疗后TC、TG、SBP、DBP均明显下降（P〈0.01）,HDL-C较治疗前升高,但差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;治疗后LDL-C、BMI、WC均较治疗前有降低趋势,但无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;治疗后UAER和24 h尿白蛋白明显降低（P〈0.01）,Cr、BUN较治疗前下降,但无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论罗格列酮联合二甲双胍应用可显著改善2型糖尿病肾病发生的危险因素。

The effects of rosiglitazone combined with metformin on risk factors of diabetic nephropathy in type 2 diabetic patient
