IL-8和粒细胞集落刺激因子与幽门螺杆菌感染的关系

目的探讨胃黏膜白细胞介素-8（IL-8）和粒细胞集落刺激因子（G-CSF）含量与幽门螺杆菌（Hp）感染的关系。方法应用酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）方法,测定56例接受胃镜检查患者,胃窦黏膜组织培养上清中IL-8、G-CSF的含量,比较感染与非感染患者和感染者治疗前后之间的差异。结果56例中38例Hp感染的胃黏膜IL-8及G-CSF含量明显高于18例非Hp感染者（P〈0.01）,Hp根除后IL-8及G-CSF含量明显低于根除前（P〈0.01）。结论Hp感染可以诱导胃黏膜炎症细胞合成和释放IL-8及G-CSF,IL-8及G-CSF可能在Hp相关胃疾病的发病过程中发挥关键作用,是引起炎症反应以及进一步病理损害的重要途径。

Relationship of Interleukin-8 and Granulocyte-colony Stimulating Factor with Helicobacter pylori Infection in Gastric Mucosa

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the relationship between the amount of interleukin-8(IL-8) and granulocyte colony-stimulating factor(G-CSF) and Helicobacter pylori(Hp) infection in gastric mucosa.METHODS Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) was used to detect the amount of IL-8 and G-CSF in 56 patients including normal gastric mucosa(n=18) and H.pylori infection patients(n=38) who were performed with gastroscope with their supernate fluid of gastrostoma mucosa tissue culture,and to examine the difference between Hp infected cases and non-Hp infected ones and H.pylori infection patients before and after treatment.RESULTS The amount of IL-8 and GCSF in Hp infected cases was significantly higher than non-infected ones(P<0.01).The amount of IL-8 and G-CSF in H.pylori infection patients after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.01).CONCLUSIONS Hp infection can induce inflammatory cells to synthesize or secrete IL-8 and G-CSF,which may play an important role in pathogenesis of Hp related gastrointestinal disease,and be an important pathway to induce inflammation and progressive pathological damage.
