| 摘 要： | 应用紫外吸收法,检测73例肾脏病患者血浆中分子物质(MMS)含量,并以201名健康人做对照。同步观察了患者血肌酐(Cr)、尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐清除率(Ccr)、24小时尿蛋白定量等的变化,按肾功能状态分组统计。结果农明:肾功能正常组患者的血浆MMS含量明显降低;而不同病因所致肾功能不全组患者的血浆MMS含量明显升高。MMS水平的升高和肾功能不全的严重程度一致。血浆MMS含量可作为判断肾功能状态和预盾的较可靠指标。

| Abstract: | Medium molecular substance ( MMS ) levels in plasma of 73 patients with renal disease were measured with adapted Tabrielian's ultravtolet spectrophtometry. Control group consisted of 201 healthy individuals.Creatinine in blood, BUN, clearance of creatinine and urinary protein/24h were detected in parallel. Statistical analysis of renal function status showed a marked decline of MMS leve s in plasma in cases with normal renal function, and a significant elevation of MMS levels in plasma in patients with r(?)nal suffciency of different causes. MMS levels may be defined as a relatively reliable index to as certain renal function and prognosis. |
