玫瑰茄提取物对体外乳鼠心肌细胞损伤的保护作用

摘    要:本文利用体外培养的乳鼠心肌细胞,造成缺糖、缺氧性损伤和使用氯丙嗪,丝裂霉素C造成中毒性损伤的心肌细胞病理模型,并以损伤后培养液中乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)量的变化为指标,从细胞水平研究玫瑰茄提取物对培养心肌细胞损伤有无保护作用,结果发现玫瑰茄提取物能使上述因素损伤的心肌细胞乳酸脱氢酶漏出显著减少,表明玫瑰茄提取物对上述因素所致的心肌细胞损伤有保护作用。

Abstract:The effects of extractive of Hibiscus sabdariffa ( EHS ) were observed on the cultured neonatal rat myocardial cells injured by deprivation of oxygen and glu-cose ( DOG ) or by treatment with chlorpromazine ( CPZ ) or mitomycin C (MMC) . The increase of lactate dehydrogenase release from the damaged myocardial cells induced by DOG, CPZ and MMC was attenuated by EHS.The results suggest that EHS exerted protective action on the myocardial cells.
