| 摘 要： | 本文采用自我夹心PAP法观察带器大鼠子宫组织中前列腺素的含量和分布。一组灌服萘普生,另一组灌服生理盐水。每组大鼠12只。结果表明:前列腺素E_1主要分布在毛细血管内皮细胞膜上,并见内膜毛细血管扩张,密度增加;服用萘普生组子宫组织内前列腺素生成受到抑制。经显微分光光度扫描测定生理盐水组PGE_1含量明显高于萘普生组(P<0.05)。本文从形态学方面证明了萘普生对前列腺素生成的抑制作用。

| Abstract: | This paper presents our studies on distribution and quantity of prosta-glandin E1 in uterus of rats wearing IUDs with immunohistochemistry-self sandwich PAP method. The rats were divided into two groups of 12 each: the naproxen group and the N.S.group. The results indicated that PGE1 was located mainly on the membrane of endometrial blood vessels. Capillary numbers were increased and most of their cavities were dilated in N.S.group. Contents of PGE1 between the two groups were measured by Scanning Microspcctrophotomttric methods. It was found that the contents of PGE1 in the N.S.group were significantly higher than those in the naproxen group(P<0.05).
