医护固定合作在院前急救中实施效果分析

摘    要:目的探讨医护固定合作模式在院前急救中的实施效果。方法回顾性比较两组院前救护队在实施院前急救中的效果。一组由4名护士和4名医生班次固定(固定组);另一组由4名护士和9名轮转医生轮流值班(非固定组)。比较两组的院前急救处置能力、医疗质量。结果固定组在院前急救处置能力及医疗文书的合格率明显高于非固定组,而在医护矛盾、医患矛盾、医疗不良事件发生率明显低于非固定组(P〈0.05)。结论医护固定合作不仅使医生护士之间在院前急救中更能促进医护密切合作、默契配合,也能更有效的提高抢救成功率,挽救患者生命,防止医疗不良事件的发生。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of fixed cooperative mode of doctor and nurse on pre-hospital care.Methods The fixed cooperation group was made up of four nurses and four doctors who were on duty in fixed frequency shifts.The non-fixed cooperation group consisted of four nurses and nine doctors who were on duty in turns.The ability of pre-hospital emergency treatment and medical quality were observed.Results The ability of pre-hospital emergency treatment and pass rate of medical documents in fixed cooperation group were significantly better than those in non-fixed cooperation group.The contradiction between doctors and nurses,doctors and patients,and medical adverse event in fixed cooperation group were less than those in non-fixed cooperation group(P〈0.05).Conclusion Fixed cooperative mode of doctor and nurse not only promotes closely cooperation and tacit cooperation between doctor and nurse,but also effectively improves successful rescue rate,saves live of patients and prevents the occurrence of medical adverse events.
