全程护理干预对提高糖尿病患者生活质量的研究

目的探讨全程护理干预对糖尿病患者生活质量的影响。方法选择在内分泌科住院治疗的糖尿病患者96例,随机分为观察组50例和对照组46例,对照组行常规糖尿病护理,观察组在常规糖尿病护理的基础上进行全程心理护理、饮食护理、并发症护理及健康教育等综合护理干预;干预后对两组患者在治疗依从性、血糖控制效果、减少并发症发生率等方面进行比较。结果干预后较干预前,自觉控制饮食提高8.7%,自觉监测血糖提高10.9%,按时服药提高13.3%,血糖控制优良患者达100%,并发症发生率为0。干预前后比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论全程护理干预对提高糖尿病患者治疗依从性、减少并发症发生及提高患者生活质量具有一定的临床意义。

Nursing intervention to improve the quality of life of diabetic patients

Objective To study the effect of the whole course nursing intervention on quality of life in patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods 96 cases of diabetic patients in endocrine treatment were randomly divided into study group of 50 cases and control group of 46 cases.Control group is on the basis of the conventional diabetes care,and study group on the basis of the conventional diabetes care is in full comprehensive nursing interventions,such as psychological nursing care,diet nursing care,complications nursing care and health education.Results Comparing on treatment compliance of patients,effect of blood glucose,and improvement of life quality in the two groups after the intervention,difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention than before intervention,pergeived control diet improves 8.7%,self monitoring of blood glucose 10.9%,take the medicine regularly 13.3%,good glycemic control in patients with up to 100%,the complication rate was 0.Conclusion The whole course nursing intervention has certain clinical significance on treatment compliance of patients with diabetes,improvement of life quality and effects of treatment.
