上消化道溃疡的中医辨证治疗

目的探讨中医辨证论治在改善上消化道溃疡症状和不良反应中的临床意义。方法选择住院治疗的消化道溃疡患者68例,均经纤维胃镜检查并进行快速尿素酶实验证实有幽门螺杆菌存在。将68例患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各34例,对照组应用胶体次枸橼酸铋冲剂、克拉霉素、阿莫西林等治疗;治疗组除按对照组治疗外,对患者进行辨证分型,再给予相应中医治疗。两组均治疗4周后比较效果。结果治疗组痊愈27例（79.4%）,有效7例（20.6%）,总有效100%;对照组：痊愈18例（52.9%）,有效10例（29.5%）,总有效率82.4%。两组Hp非转阴率之间存有明显差异,具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论中医辨证论治联合西药治疗效果明显优于单用西药治疗,且不良反应较少,可在临床推广应用。

Traditional chinese medicine treating in differentiation of upper gastrointestinal ulcer

Objective To explore the clinical value of western medicine curing Helicobacter pylori and Traditional Chinese Medicine（TCM） treating in differentiation improving symptoms and reducing the adverce reactions of upper gastrointestinal ulcers.Method 68 patients confirmed the presence of Helicobacter pylori by fiberoptic endoscopy and rapid urease test were randomly divided into observation group and control group,34 cases in each group.Patients were treated with colloidal bismuth citrate granules,clarithromycin and amoxicillin in the control group and observation group.At the same time TCM treating in differentiation were applicated in the observation group.The effect of using western medicine to cure Helicobacter pylori and TCM syndrome differentiation treatment were compared after treatmented for 4 weeks.Results There 27 cases were cured（79.4%）,7 cases were effective（20.6%） and the total effeciency rate was 100% in the abservation group.While 18 cases were cured（52.9%） and 10 cases were effective（29.5%） and the total efficiency rate was 82.4% in control group.The significant differences between the two groups in non-negative rate of Helicobacter pylori was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion TCM treating in differentiation combined with western medicine treatment is better than single-use western medicine with little adverse reactions and suitable for clinical practice in the therapy of upper gastrointestinal ulcer.
