硝苯地平缓释片与硝苯地平控释片治疗原发性高血压的临床疗效及安全性比较

目的比较硝苯地平缓释片及控释片的降压疗效及安全性。方法将医院门诊及住院部原发性高血压患者180例随机数字表将患者随机分为两组,每组各90例,治疗组病人服用硝苯地平缓释片,每次10mg,每12小时服用1次;对照组病人服用硝苯地平控释片,每次30mg,每日服用1次。患者于入组时及治疗4周后采用24小时动态血压监测记录24小时收缩压及舒张压均值等指标,比较两组血压均值,记录并比较两组患者治疗前后血生化指标及不良反应发生率。结果两组降压效果无显著性差异（P〉0.05）。两组的谷丙转氨酶（ALT）、天门冬酸氨基转换酶（AST）、尿素氮（BUN）、血肌酐（Ccr）等生化指标在治疗前后无明显变化,且两组无显著差别（P〉0.05）。两组的不良反应发生率无显著差异。结论硝苯地平缓释片及硝苯地平控释片疗效和安全性相当,硝苯地平缓释片相对而言经济效用比更高。

Clinical effect and safety of nifedipine sustained release tablets and controlled release tablets on primary hypertensive

Objective To compare the clinical effect and safety of nifedipine sustained release tablets and controlled release tablets on primary hypertensive.Methods We included 180 patients with primary hypertension.These patients were randomly assigned to 2 groups using random number table generated by SAS9.0.There were 90 patients in each group,the treatment group used nifedipine sustained release tablets at a dose of 10mg every time,2 times a day.The control group used controlled release tablets with a dose of 30mg a day.Patients＇ blood pressures were assessed using 24 hours blood pressure monitor for average systolic and diastolic pressure.Also,we compared serum parameters and adverse events in the two groups.Results Clinical effect was the same in the two groups.And no differences were found between groups considering ALT,AST,BUN and Ccr.Conclusion Nifedipine sustained release tablets and controlled release tablets are the same in clinical effect.
