血清泌乳素与白癜风中医证型的相关性探讨

目的:探讨血清泌乳素与白癜风中医证型相关性。方法:采用放射免疫法测定并比较气滞血瘀、肝肾阴虚两种中医证型白癜风患者血清泌乳素水平,与健康对照组比较,分析不同中医证型的白癜风患者其血清泌乳素水平是否存在显著差异性。结果:①白癜风患者的血清泌乳素水平与正常对照组比较明显增高,其差异有显著性(P0.05)。②白癜风患者中进展期的血清泌乳素水平与稳定期比较明显增高,其差异有显著性(P0.05)。③肝肾阴虚型白癜风患者的血清泌乳素水平与气滞血瘀型比较明显增高,其差异有显著性(P0.05)。结论:本研究提示PRL可能参与了白癜风的发病过程,且可能与其活动性相关。在白癜风的不同中医证型中,PRL可能参与了肝肾阴虚型白癜风患者的发病过程。

A study on the relationship between PRL and TCM syndrome type of vitiligo

Objective: To study the relationship between prolactin and TCM syndrome type of vitiligo. Methods: This research adopted radioimmunological methods to determin the level of PRL in blood between two types of TCM symptoms of patients with vitiligo in order to see if there was significant difference between them. Results: ①The level of PRL in blood serum of patients with vitiligo was significantly higher than that of normal control group (P<0.05). ②The level of PRL in blood serum of patients with vitiligo in progression is significantly higher than that of patients with vitiligo in stationary phases (P<0.05). ③The level of PRL in blood serum of patients with vitiligo of deficiency of the yin of the liver and kidney is significantly higher than that of patients with vitiligo of Qi-stagnancy and blood stasis (P<0.05). Conclusions: This study suggests that PRL may participate in the pathogenic process of vitiligo, and may be related to the reactiveness of vitiligo. In the two types of TCM symptoms of patients with vitiligo, PRL may participate in the pathogenic process of patients with vitiligo of deficiency of the yin of the liver and kidney.
