糖尿病肾病患者系统健康教育的效果评价

目的探讨糖尿病肾病（diabetic kidney disease,DKD）患者系统健康教育（system health education,SHE）的方法和效果。方法选择DKD患者120例,按入院次序单双数分为对照组和观察组各60例,对照组采用常规健康教育（routine health education,RHE）方法,观察组在RHE基础上,由护士实施SHE。比较两组在用药,饮食,自我管理方面的依从性及血糖、血压、血脂的控制情况。结果观察组治疗效果优于对照组（P〈0.05）,在血糖、血压、血脂的控制方面也明显好于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论应用SHE能提高DKD患者的依从性,有效控制血糖、血压、血脂水平,提高生活质量,延缓甚至避免尿毒症期的到来。

Effect evaluation of System health education on diabetic kidney disease

Objective To explore the methods and effectiveness of system health education on patients with diabetic kidney disease.Method 120 cases of patients with diabetic kidney disease were chosen.They were divided into the control group and the observation group.The patients of the singular number of all patients were included as control group,while the patients of the even number of all patients were included as observation group according to the admission number.The control group received routine health education,while the system health education was carried out among the observation group on the basis of the routine health education by the nurses.Two groups were compared in the factors of obedience of medication,diet and self-management.Furthermore,the control of the blood sugar,blood pressure and the blood lipids were also compared between the two groups.Results The therapeutic effect of the observation group is superior to the control group.Still,the observation group is better than the control group in terms of the control of blood sugar,blood pressure and blood lipids.Conclusion The compliance of the patients with diabetic kidney disease were improved by the implementation of the system health education,which can lead to effectively control the level of the blood sugar,blood pressure and blood lipids.The quality of life were enhanced,which will delay or avoid the arrival of uremia.
