南充市社区居民血脂异常流行病学研究

目的了解南充市社区居民血脂异常患病情况的现状及其主要危险因素。方法在南充市顺庆区新建社区随机抽取200名居民进行血脂异常的流行病学调查,测定身高、体重、血压等,进行血糖、血脂、肝功、肾功等血液生化检查,对取得数据进行统计分析。结果血脂异常的患病率为56.5%、知晓率31.4%、治疗率5.9%、控制率2.0%,发现腹围,收缩压,舒张压,高血压,糖尿病是血脂异常的危险因素。结论血脂异常患病率较高,知晓率、治疗率、控制率均较低,因此有必要加强病人的管理,进行综合干预,改善病人的治疗和控制现状。

The epidemiological study on dyslipidemia in Nanchong community

Objective To investigate the status of prevalence and the risk factors of dyslipidemia in Nanchong Community.Methods An epidemiological survey was employed in the study.200 residents from Xinjian community,Shunqing district,Nanchong city were selected randomly to participate in the survey.To obtain data for statistical analysis height,weight,blood pressure,blood sugar,blood lipids,liver function,renal function and other blood tests was measured.Results The prevalence rate of dyslipidemia was 56.5%,and the awareness rate was 31.4% in the people surveyed;the treatment rate was 5.9%,and the control rate was 2.0% in patients with dyslipidemia.Five factors,such as abdominal circumference,systolic blood pressure,diastolic pressure,hypertension,and diabetes,were found to be risk factors for dyslipidemia.Conclusion The prevalence rate of dyslipidemia was high,and the rate of awareness,treatment and control in the patients with dyslipidemia were low.Meanwhile,various kinds of risk factors of dyslipidemia were also found.It is very important to strengthen the management,give comprehensive intervention and improve the current status of treatment and control in patients with dyslipidemia.
