2010年-2011年深圳市光明新区感染性腹泻病原菌流行特征

目的:探讨辖区内感染性腹泻流行特征,通过病原谱监测,明确病原体流行趋势,为控制感染性腹泻提供决策依据。方法:采集辖区内2010年-2011年感染性腹泻病例,培养分离出优势菌株,监测目标菌发病情况,进行分析。结果:辖区内全年均有细菌感染性腹泻病例发生,婴幼儿及中青年为高发人群,病例地域分布有差异,所确立的监测菌不能完全揭示腹泻流行特征,需增加监测菌种类。结论:副溶血性弧菌、致泻性大肠杆菌是辖区内感染性腹泻的主要病原菌,沙门菌感染集中在婴幼儿,需要引起疾控机构的关注。

Epidemiological characteristics of infectious diarrhea of 2010-2011 in Guangming district,Shenzhen

Objective:To discuss the epidemiological characteristics of infectious diarrhea in Guangming district,by surveilling diarrhea cases caused by bacterial pathogens,to find out the trend of pathogens and provide basis for making decision on controlling infectious diarrhea.Methods:The diarrhea cases were collected to cultivate bacteria,then bacterial pathogens were isolated from the dominant bacteria strains to survey the incidence of those bacterial pathogens and describe their epidemiological characteristics.Results:The bacterial diarrhea cases have occurred throughout the year,which were mainly distributed in infants and young and middle-aged adults.There were great differences in geographical distribution of cases.As the bacteria selected for monitoring could not reveal the epidemiological characteristics of bacterial diarrhea,monitoring of more bacterial strains should be strengthened.Conclusion:Diarrheogenic Escherichia coli and Vibrio parahaemolyticus remained the predominant strains of bacterial diarrhea infections within the jurisdiction.Salmonella infections concentrated on infants and young children.All above mentioned need the concern of the diseases control agencies.
