人工关节置换术治疗高龄患者股骨转子间粉碎性骨折

目的探讨人工关节置换术治疗高龄患者股骨转子间粉碎性骨折的方法及疗效。方法本组35例老年股骨颈粉碎性骨折病人,骨折类型按AO分型,A2型25例,A3型10例。患者多合并内科疾病,相关内科协同治疗后,对所有患者采用标准人工骨水泥、人工双极股骨头置换术,术后早期进行康复锻炼。结果 35例患者术后均一期愈合,无感染及手术并发症死亡.按Harris评分标准：优16例,良14例,优良率85.6%。结论人工关节置换术治疗高龄股骨转子间骨折患者可早期下地行走、关节功能恢复快、近期效果满意,是高龄股骨转子间骨折患者的一种理想手术方式,但掌握手术适应证及操作要点是关键。

Artificial hip joint replacement in the treatment of femur intertrochanteric comminuted fracture

Objective To investigate the hip prosthesis replacement in treatment of femur intertrochanteric comminuted fracture in aged patients.Methods According to AO classification,there were 25 cases of type A2 and 10 cases of type A3 in the present study.All the patients with medical illnesses were related medical collaborative treatment,for all patients using standard artificial bone cement,bipolar artificial femoral head replacement and early postoperative rehabilitation.Conclusion Hip replacement in treatment of intertrochanteric fractures of old age shows a limted bleeding and operating time consumption.It is effective for early functiong-training o fast recoveryof joint function.However the operation indications and the master of the technique is the key.
