选择性输卵管造影与再通术加补肾通管汤治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕38例临床观察

目的　观察选择性输卵管造影与再通术后结合补肾通管汤治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕的临床疗效。方法　72例输卵管阻塞不孕患者随机分为2组。治疗组38例以选择性输卵管造影与再通术加用补肾通管汤治疗,对照组34例单纯采用输卵管造影与再通术治疗。2组均1个月为1个疗程,3个疗程后观察疗效。结果　治疗组总有效率92 .1% ,对照组总有效率79.4 % ,2组比较有显著性差异(P <0 .0 5 )。结论　输卵管造影与再通术结合补肾通管汤治疗输卵管阻塞不孕疗效确切。

Clinical observation on the efficacy of selective salpingography and fallopian tube recanalization combined with Bushentongguan decoction in the treatment of tubal obstruction infertility

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect o f taking Bushentongguan decoction after selective salpingography(SSG) and fallopia n tube recanalization(FTR) on tubal obstruction infertility.Methods 72 patients with tubal obstruction infertility were randomly divided into tow groups.38 patients in treatment group were given Bushentongguan decoction af ter SSG and FTR;the other 34 patients in control group were given SSG and FTR si mply.The therapeutic effects were observed in both groups.Results The total effective rate in treatment group was 92.1%, which was 79.4% in con trol group, there was a significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion The selective salpingography and fallopian tube reca nalization combined with Bushentongguan decoction is effective in treating tubal obstruction infertility.
