| 摘 要： | 目的：对云南产的蝶形花科千斤拔属植物宽叶千斤拔Flemingia latifolia Benth进行系统生药学研究。方法：采用来源鉴别、性状鉴别、显微鉴别、理化鉴别的方法进行分析。结果：经实验证实宽叶千斤拔的生药学特征明显；理化实验表明：根含多种黄酮类化合物，与文献报道该属其它种源的大类成分基本一致；TLC显示：根和茎均含有与对照品金莲木儿茶素及染料木苷相同成分。结论：宽叶千斤拔与同属其他种植物组织结构不同，但成分类似。

| Abstract: | Objective ： TO systematically study the pharmacognotial of Flemingia latifolia Benth. in Papilionaceae Flemingia from Yunnan province. Method： By source identification, material morphology, microscopic characters, physical and chemical identification to study Flemingia latifolia Bcnth,. Result： It is confirmed that Flemingia latifolia Benth have obvious Pharmacognosy characteristics; The physico chemical experiment showed that the root of Flemingia latifolia Benth contain various of flavonoid. TLC proved both the roots and the stems contain Ourateacatechin and Genistin. Conclusion： Flemingia latifolia Benth. is different from the other plants in morphology, but similar in chemical components. |
