小儿细菌性痢疾福氏志贺氏菌感染66例药敏分析

摘    要:目的]探讨小儿细菌性痢疾福氏志贺氏菌感染对抗生素敏感性.方法]对本院2005.2~2006.8收治的细菌性痢疾大便培养显示福氏志贺氏菌感染患儿66例,采用KB纸片法,对福氏志贺氏菌属进行常用抗生素的敏感性检测.结果]福氏志贺氏菌对氨苄西林普遍耐药,头孢呋辛钠耐药率达82%.福氏志贺氏菌的多重耐药率:以对氨苄西林、头孢呋辛、头孢噻肟钠最常见占26%,对氨苄西林、头孢呋辛、头孢哌酮钠占15%,对氨苄西林、头孢呋辛、头孢三嗪占7%,多重耐药率达48%.结论]小儿细菌性痢疾福氏志贺氏菌感染对头孢类抗生素耐药率呈明显上升趋势.定期监测本地区病原菌药敏情况,为临床科学选用抗生素及提高治疗效果提供依据.

Abstract:Objektive]To study the sensitivity of Shigella flexneri to the antibiotics in 66 pediatric patients with bacillary dysentery.Methods]From Feb.2005 to Aug.2006,66 pediatric patients with bacillary dysentery were infected by Shigella flexneri in our hospital.We used KB paper method to detect the sensitivity of the Shigella flexneri to the antibiotics.Results]The sensitivity of Shigella flexneri was resistant to ampicillin generally.The resistance rate to cefuroxime sodium was 82%.The multi-ply resistance rate of Shigella flexneri to ampicillin,cefuroxime sodium and cafotaxime sodium was 26%,to ampicillin,cefuroxime sodium and cafoperazong sodium was 15%,to ampicillin,cefuroxime sodium and caftriaxone sodium was 7%.The multi-ply resistance rates reached to 48%.Conclusion]The trend of the resistance rate of Shigella flexneri to the cephalosporins rises obviously.In order to offer the bases for using the antibiotics scientifically,we must monitor the drug sensitivity regularly.
